Restorative Aerial Yoga Series

This unique experience combines the gentle practice of restorative yoga with the support of aerial hammocks to create a deeply nourishing and restorative session. The aerial hammocks will gently support you as you surrender into each pose, allowing gravity to gently decompress the spine and release tension from the body.

Suitable for all levels. Spaces are limited so spots must be pre registered.
